WITH a -150 to 300 F range. (Pt thermal sensor in metal!) *by J***P on December 25, 2021* I not only like the ease of use, but the data handling program is PRIMO. Didn't have to readanything, just turned it on and looked at the various run pages and "buttons". EASY to understand. Came with an NIST cert also! ### ⭐ All I wanted was to know the humidity *by B***L on January 10, 2020* Apparently getting an accurate reading of humidity is difficult. This unit got good reviews. I was aware that software needed to be downloaded, but how hard could it be? Step one was to connect it to the USB port in computer. But how? There was no wire or connection on the unit. I called a 24 hour number and no answer. Waited 24 hours and tried again.. Someone answered and I explained my issue. The nice person looked it up and said I needed to remove the cap. Cap? there is no cap. Put phone down and pulled the top of the unit. Sure enough, there it is. OK. It is well hidden. You could have explained there was a cap in the written instructions. Next I download the software. That is where everything stopped. Could not figure out to update the unit. The instructions are obviously written by a tech geek, and I am far from that. After multiple wrong turns, I finally gave up. Returning the unit. I suspect the reviews are correct and the unit is accurate, but I was never able to find out. I guess I don't need to know the humidity that bad after all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great recorder *by G***E on January 25, 2020* So far so good. I gave five stars for battery life based on how all around good this is. It has only been recording for two weeks so I don't really know. The export to Excel is flawless and the template is configured for graphing the data.
