Review: GREAT PRODUCT!! - This toothbrush is a must for your dogs health. Dogs teeth need to be clean for good heart and organ health. People think it is just about bad breath and tartar. No, dogs get very sick, maybe slowly but very sick from bad oral health. The cleanings at the vet are expensive and very stressful (on the pet and the owner). I used a regular toothbrush with enzyme toothpaste for years on my dogs and the tartar and tooth decay kept happening anyway. The last time I had a dog in for cleaning my dog almost died. The vet uses gas which is gentler but things happen. After that I started researching other options and came upon this toothbrush. The dogs accept it right from the start because it doesn't make any noise or vibrate. I know, people think it isn't doing anything because it is silent and still. WRONG!! Use this bi-weekly, weekly whatever. My dogs teeth are as clean as the day they came home from the expensive, stressful cleaning a year and half later. This is a great product if you use it right. It works so well I bought the people version for my sister.....the dentist asked what the was doing because she has bad gums and they improved so much!! If you care about your dogs, get this toothbrush.
Review: Huge waste of money - My dog just hated this. I used it for about a month, but have no confidence that it worked at all and my dog seemed pretty devastated every time I took it out. My dog had mild to moderate plaque/tartar/staining on her teeth. My dentist was beginning to get concerned, but did not think she needed a dental yet. After using this for a month, I noticed no change in her teeth. After switching to dental chews and daily manual brushing with dog-specific enzyme toothpaste, the plaque and tartar began to soften and sort of crumble off. There were a few hardened pieces of tartar that sort of lifted away from the tooth, and I peeled it off with my finger nails, but there was nothing that required a sharp dental tool or scraping (I would not do that myself). After a month with the chews and manual brushing, her teeth looked awesome. After several months of this, they've continued to improve. My vet said if we keep her teeth the way the look now, he doesn't think she'll ever need a dental again (she had one 3 years ago; she is 10 now). I'd go that route before wasting money on this.

**Q: What is the return policy on this product?**
A: Amazon says you have one month.  The cost of toothpaste and brush head will be deducted.

**Q: My dog gets tummy issues from sorbitol so we usually just brush with coconut oil- will this product still work even if we can't use your toothpaste?**
A: Yes - ultrasound wave cleaning will still work - provided there is a coconut/saliva liquid present on the teeth and gum surface to serve as ultrasound transmission medium. However, the cleaning performance will not be same and the cleaning process may take much longer.

The best cleaning performance you will achieve by using the emmi-pet ultrasound toothpaste. Its formula is enriched with nano-bubbles and has the right properties / consistency for best ultrasound wave cleaning performance.

**Q: When i turn on the emmy-pet the green light goes on for a short time then turns itself off.  the blue charging light also keeps going off? why please?**
A: How long is a short time? 2 mins? If that is about as long as it stays on, that is normal. If it is less than that, there could be a few

**Q: I bought the set. the manual said, i have to charged first for 24 hours straight. i did. the light still red on it. what does it mean? not working?**
A: I found not only is it hard to read and understand, but it is so pale I never was sure what color it was.I don't use this expensive an difficult to use toothbrush anymore.  But if you take the brush off the base and snap on the brush then turn it on it should run.  Go with that answer.Otherwise write the manufacturer.As I said, I bought and tossed this expensive toothbrush.

Have been using the toothbrush for a week now! My little dog is not very resistant to the brush since u don‘t have to have any brushing movement inside the mouth! In the beginning I wasn’t sure whether the brush is working or not since there‘s no vibration or sounds indicating that it’s working. I looked up in Utube some user‘s videos on it n confirmed that I’m doing it correctly. Although the plagues r yet to be removed, I have already noticed that the stinky breath has gone!! It‘s an amazing improvement in just a week’s time!! ><
