It does this by attaching the larger loop to the baby's wrist and the smaller loop to the baby's rattle using hook and loop closures (i.e. Velcro). Loopys can be used on any sized infant, as well as used to attach to car seats, infant carriers, and strollers. The baby can drop the rattle and the parent will no longer have to worry about cleaning it off.
