Great customer service! I posted a question before purchasing, and they gave me a long, thorough response. So I ordered the product because this company was so friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I’ve never worked with resin before and was unsure where to buy quality resin, but I was impressed with the company and the price was right so I tried it.The resin itself is easy to use and it comes with a nice, detailed instruction booklet and a discount for your next order.The resin worked exactly like the instructions said. I made sure to measure it as best I could, but epoxy resin is great because it doesn’t need to be exact, down-to-the-gram perfect. It still sets well. Also, the resin is super clear and easy to work with.The resin hardened perfectly clear, though there were still a bunch of small bubbles in one of the projects I made, even though I warmed the resin beforehand and made small layers. I don’t know if you need a vacuum chamber to completely get out the bubbles or what, but it’s almost impossible to get all of them -for me anyway.The first picture is a little beach scene I made inside a book. The second photo is a diorama with a castle submerged in “water”. As you can see, there are lots of tiny bubbles in that one even though I warmed the resin and poured small layers. In both crafts, I dyed the resin blue to look like water. If you enjoy crafting or have a project in mind, this resin is great!

As a beginner I didn't want to try the really expensive stuff first. This came quickly and I used it almost the same day received. The 2 8 oz bottles of resin and harder make 16 oz of clear epoxy at equal part mix. My application as about 1/4+ inch thick coating over a small steel base of a metal sculpture. Yes I had the steel as clean as possible. Yes it seems to have adhered just fine. 2 coats and a heat gun on low to get rid of those pesky bubbles and it turned out great.After 24 hr I did still have incomplete epoxy. Seemingly a surface oil? Tacky after 12 hours so watch out for fingerprints. DON'T TOUCH IT. Don't ask me how I know. after 48 hours it was fully cured and that oiliness on surface gone. Crystal clear and very hard. I'm happy with the way it turned out.

The instruction book/ box was funny with some of its information/ snark. I didn't think to get a picture of it before threw it out but at least made the instructions more enjoyable to read lol. The resin mixed well and seemed to be great but not too sure on the self leveling aspect. I made sure with all our crooked floors that my project was level before poured the resin, smeared it all around and made sure everything was covered but still ended up with multiple "dents". So 3 stars to give the benefit of the doing that still could have been user error but I don't think so 100% lol. It was at least nice and shiny with little to no use of torch for bubbles.
