Another big inhalation once the ingredients were in my mouth. Immediate relief in the throat and upper chest. My lower/deep lungs still had typical asthma dilation, so you likely won’t entirely rely on this to replace your inhaler. However, after a few inhalations, I eventually fell asleep and didn’t need my inhaler. I woke up feeling great, no wheezing and my lungs were clear. So, it’s a great compliment to the regular inhaler on those days when your asthma is mild.
