It works really well for most of my candles! Because of the angle though, deeper candles are a little harder to trim. And sometimes it's more difficult to trim shorter wicks because the parts that cut it, are so thick. But overall, it does the job well enough and I love that it's black and not silver like so many of them out there. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just got into candles and this was perfect. You have to keep the string cut so the candle burns clean and you get all the benefit. This works well for small candles to extra large ones! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well for deep candles *by M***3 on Reviewed in the United States on June 17, 2019* Works perfectly on all my candles. I could use scissors, but the angle of these work better. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/14997074-wishlink7-inch-black-stainless-steel-candle-wick-trimmer-scissor-cutter](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/14997074-wishlink7-inch-black-stainless-steel-candle-wick-trimmer-scissor-cutter) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
