On arrival they dont look much, but followed the instructions and decanted after 2 days to have double the amount of beautiful clear chunky crystals. I tried organic golden sugar cane as my sweetner which the kefir seems to love.

I am an experienced water kefir maker but, the grains sent a couple years ago, and the grains sent a couple weeks ago were dead. This time I decided to see if they could rectify the issue. After a prolonged discussion and unnecessary repetitive back and forth, I was sent a replacement of live, working grains.
