Review: Great for keeping movement to a minimum! - I wish I had gotten this sooner. It helps position my gun, in such a way that I can keep movement to a minimum. I use mine in a hunting stand, tripod, to be exact. I haven't done it yet, but, there are several ways one could secure it to a arm of your stand. Duct tape, various types of pipe clamps, are a few ways. I mention this, because I noticed other reviews had questions. Secured, or not, I consider this a great asset, when hunting.

**Q: what is the max height for the Ypod?  would it work in a ground blind?**
A: The Ypod needs a solid frame to rest on. It is 8.5 inches high and can be extended to 12.5 inches above the frame. I use mine in a window in ey ground blind.

**Q: Will it adapt to a picatinny rail.?**
A: The product attaches to any firearm via the strap not to a picatinny rail.

**Q: i have a summit goliath and need something to small and sturdy. Would this work in that situation or go with a longer stick?**
A: I only hunt out of summits...this rest is the ticket

**Q: My shooting rails in my stands are made from 2 inch rough cut lumber Will the mount fit on this?**
A: might have to rig it if you are "mounting it".. I had to hold mine( not ideal) as I had a metal rail around my stand. If you can mount it be would be nice!

Over the last 5 years this YPOD has helped steady my shot while taking game in many ladder stands or any other situation where the shooting rail is to low. The rubber strap has held up fine so far but can be replaced with a rubber band if needeed.
