One hint for easier setup was that I did find that some of the bungee cords were a tad tighter than others which made them harder to get on. For the rings that seemed further away from the frame than others (and would require more effort), I just kept switching out bungees until I found one that was a little looser and it went on much easier. I saved the 'tighter' bungees for the rings that were closest to the frame and they then went on easier. From a sturdiness/stability standpoint, this is the best rebounder I have had. It's quiet and a lot lighter than the other rebounders with metal springs as well which is another plus. Is it quiet??** A: It's almost silent. The bungee cords are very strong. My son tested it out for me before I used it and he is 6'4" and weighs about 350 lbs. It held him easily and he jumped high enough for his feet to leave the mat. I'm very happy with it. **Q: How do you order replacement bungees? I do not see the option up here anymore.** A: The replacement bungees were out of stock. But we have resend inventory to Amazon warehouse. They will be available after couple days. **Q: Just received your trampoline and it only came with 28 bungee cords. Where can I find replacements?** A: I wrote a product review. The company contacted me and sent additional cords immediately. **Q: Is it possible to get a replacement leg? It took me (a 52 yr old female) 1.5 hours. It's quiet while in use, sturdy structure, firm/secure bounce, and seems to be good quality. I can't even last 2-minutes, but I will take it slow and commit to using it faithfully as an investment in myself for my health and well-being. My calves already feel it! 😧 My trampoline arrived earlier than expected. Fantastic! 🙌 The packaging was not damaged and had no missing parts. Grateful for the affordable price (under $75.00 tax included) so my husband would agree to let me order it. 😂 Very pleased with this purchase. Will update in a month or two, if I can remember. IMPORTANT: When putting together, follow instructions but twist the legs in place before attaching tarp and bungee cords. Trust me.
