The no-slip back grabs and protects our 100+-year-old hardwood floors as expected. I love the design and it fits our decor.My concern is how long it stays looking good for. After the first use, there is already some discoloration. Where the baby food hit the mat and sat for the 15 minutes it took to eat, it appears to have stained the mat.
