It is very sturdy, and I like that there is a clear film finish on the top of it - makes it easy to clean with a damp cloth without getting that 'damp-wood' smell. I currently use this as a TV table for my 32" widescreen TV (sorry - aren't they all widescreen these days?). Anyway, the table is strong and sturdy enough for this task, and doesn't look like it's in danger of collapse anytime soon (like the previous folding table I was using!). This is only temporarily being used as a TV table, but will need to be in situ for a while, and I'm definitely pleased with the result.
