Step 2 thread the tube thru the strap. Step 3 Enjoy. So I look at it and think "hmmm, got to get that tube attached to the bladder". Look at it. Look at the bladder. Decide it looks a lot like a salad dressing bottle top that needs the tab lifted, so lift the tab. It popped off and I cannot get it back on. The tube goes in but it doesn't latch. (EDIT - the replacement tube just pops in and automatically locks.) At some point the instructions get flipped over (maybe even by accident, I don't know) and AHA - we were not done and ready to enjoy as step 3 indicated. The tab is the lock and release. I can see how it fit in, but I cannot get the tab back on. If I had just barged into it without looking at the instructions I would say my fault. But I followed the instructions, which seemed to end at the bottom of the front side. I don't think I even knew the back side wasn't blank. I have not found a way to contact Mothybot so resorting to this hoping they will take notice. It is a beautiful well-designed and made pack. One on each of the waistbands (about 6 x 3), a mesh pocket on the outside of the back (about 8 x 5), the bungies on the upper outer back, and inside the back pocket a slip-in pocket (about 8 x 9), a zippered pocket (about 8 x 7), and the full height pocket (about 8 x 14). Of course you can't stuff a ton of things in these pockets, but they make things really easy to find and retrieve. I have one dark blue, the color is super pretty... it appears to be made of thick fabric and solid stitching, I keep running everyday, and hiking once 2 weeks, and purchased many backpacks...but only this backpack really keep cool at least to 4 hours as they said and also it hasn’t leaked on us. The hip straps add to its comfortable design. Price is good too as I’ve seen some go for $40-60 dollars for a durable water pack. Overall pleased with this hiking.
