### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tac Med drop leg pouch

I bought this item to use as an individual first aid kit for work. I do not use the drop leg function on this item because it just doesn't work for my belt set up. I simply have a D ring attached to the back and then use that to attach to my duty belt. This was worth it because this pouch has all the room I was looking for in an IFAK. Plus I can easily attach a tourniquet to the outside. Lots of room is the key with this pouch! I put an Isreali bandage, a couple of Olaese bandages, chest seal, shears, light sticks, med tape and an extra 30 rd M4 magazine in it! Like I said, lots of room. I plan on buying another for my family vehicle.
