My girls are 8, 6, and 4 and the caps fit snugly on each of their heads, including mine. How that is possible, I have no clue. I especially like the part of the cap that covers the ears...it helps keep the hairline dry too. We went swimming and my girls wore their caps and all of their hair stayed completely dry.
