Review: worked well for us and uses less power along with delivering more heat than smaller models. - We needed to heat a small bathroom. This large sized heater is overkill but it has a low power mode that worked perfectly. We originally bought a tiny 700w radiant heater and it could not begin to keep that bathroom comfortable. Having the large size is key in our opinion, even if you never plan to use the higher power modes. We now keep that bathroom nice and warm, using less power and that's a good thing for us. While it is oversized for the room visually, it is off white and blends in nicely. The controls are very simple and easy to use. there is no timer but we don't need that. It has good safety features for tilt and overheat that give us peace of mind. It is quiet, efficient and easy.. It does not get much better than that.

**Q: Does this heater have a chemical smell and does it have to be aired out before using?**
A: I let it sit outside for a few hours, just in case, but as far as i can tell there is no smell.

**Q: what is BTU in this model?**
A: 1 watt is about 3.4 btu/hr
This is rated at 1500 watts, so about 5120 BTU/HR (100%,oad efficiency - no energy loss). To get 5120 BTU's delivered you have to run it an hour. If you run it 1-1/2 hours you'll get about 7560 BTU's
A furnace in an "average" (2000-3000 Sq ft in zone 8) home is about 100,000 btu/hr give or take.

**Q: Are the control's digital? Can I use this with a timer?**
A: No they aren't digital and there is no timer but it does have a thermostat so when it reaches the desired temp in the room it shuts off until the temperature drops then it comes back on

**Q: What is the height with the wheels on?**
A: With wheels in place, this unit is 25" tall. I hope this helps.....

Hey guys, it’s me Ms D Wanna I’ll let you know about the space heater that I got what a great product. I didn’t think it would work as good. I bought this product because I didn’t want to turn on my central heat because I’m remains mostly in one room and I was trying to figure a way to save my on my bills. Well, did you know the space heater did the job, heating bill went down.I’m happy, so let’s talk about it. The quality is so perfect. The noise level is quiet. The heating level level is great.
