It does fit VERY tight through the hips and upper thighs, and also lengthwise for me from shoulders to hips. At first I wasn't sure I could wear it. I'm 5'10", ~125 lbs, 28G-28GG (UK cup) with an hourglass to slightly pear shape and was wearing size 6. While I did wear it, it was still very tight especially through the thighs for me. I had to sort of partially "lounge" rather than sit at a 90° angle, and that would put pressure on my thighs to the point my legs would feel a bit numb. (I have pretty low blood pressure though.) I wore this with flats since my feet were not very visible at all and that gave me more security.Note: You put this on by stepping into it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This dress runs small in all around size, but hips are very small. *by O***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2018* We had found the dress & tried it on @ a bridal store. This dress runs small. We knew that, when we ordered it. It runs very tight around the hips, even when my daughter DID get the right size; the hip size didn't seem to change. We have to get it altered, in the hips, but we knew all of this before we ordered it. Whether or not we got it from the bridal store or here; we knew we were going to need alterations.
