That's very mystifying because I can't find anything bad to say about it. I bought one two years ago and just now bought another one. Both have performed beyond anything I ever expected. The bass is powerful, yet clean and the highs are very clear, not shrill or distorted. Both ranges work very well together with no interference from each other. It also has a wide variety of input sources to meet anyone's preference. Maybe people just can't figure it out, so they return it. But it's very straightforward. Not hard to use at all. I will say the instructions are lacking considerably, however, there's plently of user info and complete, downloadable manuals on the internet.
