I'm pretty pleased with this dimmer since I can use it in a location where it's out of sight. ;) When the light being controlled is on (at any brightness level), the red indicator LED on the unit is shining, and in a dim environment, the LED is quite bright. Other than that complaint, initial impression is that it's a nice product at a very good price. It dims all the way down to 1%, no problem. It's not Z-Wave Plus as noted elsewhere, but the extra always-on passthrough outlet is a very nice feature. Also nice that it occupies the top outlet of a traditional pair of outlets, so if you need to plug in a wall wart and this device, you're in luck.

While most of my Zwave devices are wall switches and micro switches, I do have the occasional outlet or other device. When it came time to automate a floor lamp, I decided to go for a plug-in lamp module, instead of replacing an outlet. I settled on the Everspring Z-Wave AD126 - Dual Outlet Smart Plug On/Off Switch and Dimmer Plug. I would have preferred Zwave Plus, but it wasn't a really a requirement for me. Instead, what appealed to me was the housing of the AD126. It's low-profile and modern looking, which is more than I can say for some of the alternatives at the price point. Aside from that, the side-facing outlet allow it to tuck neatly behind a media stand or cabinet.Functionally, the device paired quickly and easily with a HomeSeer Hometroller Zee S2. The device was ready to go within about 90 seconds. Manual control works fine, but it's behind furniture, and therefore inaccessible. Alexa integration works as a function of OAuth'ing my HomeSeer account to Alexa. Highly recommended.

First, it says it's a on off and dimmer in the description and on the box, but it is only on and off, there's no dimming control. Second the zwave controlled outlet doesn't even work. Returning and getting a different one.

Works well and works with “Show” device Design allows full use of second outlet on wall. Flattened with a pass through outlet that is not “ smart!” Still have 2 outlets at this plug. Size is good.Seems to respond slowly to voice commands given to “Show “ but always works correctly. I would buy another one of these if I needed it.

Purchased to add a link between two door locks. Does the trick most times. The power does not work on the timer side, but does on the "always on" side. Was worth a try.

Works well for turning on and off my tower lamp. I have it setup with Alexa and ADT. When my alarm is armed between certain hours the plug will turn the lamp on.

Setup in Home Assistant, added a light card to my dashboard, and I can now control the lights on or off, and change the brightness. No changing firmware. No adding some separate app to get it going first.Plug it in, open the z-wave integration add a node, and it will pick it up pretty fast.Not sure about longevity, I have only owned it a couple hours. But so far so good.If everspring's HW is this open to other hubs, I will start buying their HW instead.
