That's something I never say because I never get anything that fits off the rack and am constantly tailoring my clothes. I'm 5-3, 115, 26 waist size, 0-2 pants, petite. Just plain petite. If you are a smaller woman, this skirt is for you. I took it to a festival and wore it constantly just because it was so comfy, went with everything, and looked awesome. I agree with the others. I never have a skirt hit at the right spot. The elastic is perfect but I'm a size 2. Even being smaller, I have found elastic that bothers me on many items. I can't stand something tight around my waist. I don't even want to feel it and with this skirt, I don't. It's a shame they don't offer this in a better size range. I wore this skirt pretty much everyday.
