I only had to cut two down! This allowed me to smoke 3 full size rack of ribs perfectly while fitting on my smoker. I purchased 2 of these holders so I now have the ability to smoke 6 full size rack of ribs if I need to. Clean up was fine, treated with cooking spray before using and just let them soak in hot soapy water afterwards.
