Broke in a day. *by L***D on Reviewed in the United States on November 28, 2019* First, this bag is MUCH smaller than the picture makes it out to be. This is more fitting for a two year old, if that. Seriously. I feel like I’m in preschool carting this thing around. I’d be lucky to fit any more than a small book or two inside.Second, the zippers. The zippers look nothing like the picture, and mere act of putting them into the built in locking mechanism is a circus act. They’re too short and it requires two and a half hands to hold the lock trigger open, shove the zipper heads inside, and simultaneously hope that they won’t wiggle out of place while you’re trying to lock up.Third, the locking mechanism! Notwithstanding the above points, mine outright jammed and wouldn’t open back up again - nothing I tried worked.And to add one last bit of “humor” to it all... the zipper teeth broke apart. And with the Zipper handles jammed in place on the top, the bag is now stuck open. All of this within just one DAY of purchase. My specific purpose is to rapidly charge some of the devices I use at work and also store that same equipment when I'm not working. This is the perfect bag for that purpose. The added security of having the lock on it is a plus but being able to plug in a USB cable to charge a cell phone, tablet or any other device is in my opinion more valuable than the combination lock on the device. I purchased this for my 13 year-old boy. He finds the backpack comfortable and convenient. I'm so glad to hah I'm no longer lugging around everyone else's personal items and/or electronics plus my own.His tablet fits while being in its even larger protective case. Although if you have a tablet/case as large as his is (just a bit over 10" in length) it will be snuggled and must be put towards the front of the backpack. His exact tablet case measurements are included in pictures for reference. The lock and charging both work and are great features.This bag will serve in different ways with different items for him, everything from track and field events, air transport and other outdoor activities.
