The curved tip design is thoughtful for nose and ear hair trimming since it reduces the risk of poking yourself, and the rounded safety tips feel intentional rather than cheap. The scissors are sharp out of the box and cut cleanly without pulling.I have used them for eyebrow trimming and mustache touch-ups as well, and for detail work they are precise enough to get the job done. The stainless steel build feels solid and they have a good weight for their size.The one thing I will note is that the sharpness does diminish somewhat after several months of regular use, faster than I would hope for scissors at this price. It is not dramatic but it is noticeable compared to when they were new. They are still functional, just less crisp. Rinsing after each use and keeping them dry helps.
