Nothing on the back but the Skid Pads, so it stays in place. **Q: Does this have surge protection?** A: This have no surge protection **Q: UL listed?** A: That is a good question and I did not look at that when I bought it. It does not have any UL listed on the plug anywhere that I could find. I checked a couple of my other multiple strips and they also do not have any UL listed on them.
