This makes my seams super flat. I am very sensitive to wool and this really aggravated me for the first few uses but now that the flyaway bits from manufacturing are gone it doesn’t bother me unless I carry it or lean on it. But, that’s just an issue for people with wool/lanolin sensitivity and it improves the quality of my pressing so much that it is worth it. The size is great for pressing blocks and FQs and it is excellent as a travel option for ironing.
