It allows users to monitor indoor and outdoor conditions while sharing live data on the Weather Underground network, ensuring you stay informed and connected. ## Description The Ambient Weather WS-1400-IP-WEATHERBRIDGE Observer Solar Powered Wireless Internet Remote Monitoring Weather Station measures and logs indoor and outdoor temperature, indoor and outdoor humidity, dew point, barometric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, UV, and solar radiation. The wireless outdoor thermo-hygrometer and indoor thermo-hygrometer-barometer sensors transmits wirelessly (915 MHz RF) up to 300' line of sight range (100' under most conditions, with the exception of metal barriers). Supports both imperial and metric units of measure, offers calibration for all measured parameters, and high and low alarm conditions with audible alert. The OBSERVER weather station combines reliability, easy installation and dual wireless technology. The menu based multi-screen display includes NIST internet time server synchronization, real-time internet weather publishing by Wunderground.com (optional), and encrypted WiFi transmission. The OBSERVER graphs detailed trends for barometer, temperature, and humidity ont the bright, color display. The WeatherBridge is the latest gateway appliance offered by Ambient Weather. However, if you don't have a clue about LAN Internet protocol, be forewarned. *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2016* I debated the four star rating over a three star... The setup instructions were very lacking on getting it connected with my LAN wireless. It took me several hours to figure it out. Someone very familiar with IP addressing and Internet protocol will have a much better experience I'm sure. However once my computer connected with it over the WiFi, it worked perfectly. For some strange reason it took me a couple of days to get Weather Underground to accept the station. It finally did and it's very cool to have access my station from any browser device. Here is the URL [...]for the station. The only other issue is that it occasionally drops off line and I have to reboot the weatherbridge.
