Review: Cut Round and Block Cheese. - I just started buying cheese in bulk to smoke. I have tried otherwise cheese cutters but found this one to be more accurate and easy to use. It is easy to use because of the way that the wire goes through the cheese block and down into where the handle is held, and its ease of cleanup made of a durable plastic. Because of the spring reloaded pulley underneath the board, it cuts more accurately and with much more ease than other cutters. I was able to cut a 42 pound block of mild cheddar into sellable 1 pound segments with this cutter. The slot is 90° to the back of the cutter so it makes it easy to make cuts. blocks and also will accommodate rounds of cheese and cuts very nice pie shape slices. The wire that cuts is sturdy but yet flexible to be able to cut accurately. I have used this cutter on some hard cheeses like extra sharp cheddar and it worked flawlessly.

Love this cheese cutter. It makes slicing cheese significantly easier for my charcuterie board business. It takes additional tools to clean it properly which is somewhat cumbersome. The plastic material is also not super friendly to high production amounts. I have broken multiple cheese cutters. They are worth the reorder as they last 6-8 months.
