Think about laying on cloud 9, well this is exaclty what this rug feels like. Its so soft and fluffy and MMH! Just heaven. The only thing I have noticed thus far is that it DEFINITELY produces A LOT of lint. I didn't notice at first but getting up from it I am completely covered in little rug threads. My entire apartment has a bunch of the rug lint all over it. Also, the shag pieces have already started to unwind and are just fuzzy strands at this point. Kind of worried to see as to how it will end up in a few months, especially seeing as though it will be used a lot more then. I would buy it again. However, delivery left a LOT to be desired. Driver for FedEx came today to deliver another rug and insisted he had left the blue one the other day. He did NOT so it became "he says/she says" to the FedEx offices who really wanted to hide their heads in the sand. Today, however, this idiot driver pulled TWO rugs from his truck, the one scheduled for delivery today and the BLUE one that he swore he delivered on Tuesday. LOL Oh, he was SO surpried that the rug was in the truck still. Must have jumped back in after he put it on the porch. Yeah, right.I hope you will consider using UPS in the future because it's obvious, at least to me, that FedEx hires the dumbest drivers they can find. They also do not return calls or follow up on complaints. This experience will definitely stop me from doing business with sellers who use FedEx. Again, though, the rug is wonderful and looks great. I was a little afraid that the material wouldn't be as soft as I expected but I am very satisfied with the softness. It is very fluffy and leaves a lot of fuzz on your pants when you sit on it for awhile. I'm a little nervous for the first time I have to clean it because the loops are a bit long and I'm afraid to use a vac on it. They could have put more loops in as you can see to the bottom of the rug in spots. The color is spot on as it shows on screen, not too bright and not too pastel.
