It works perfectly. It is a bit of a tight fit, but I would prefer a little tight to a little loose. Warning:: the screws are extremely small and easy to lose. This is not s design flaw as I wouldn't know how this could be made without them. After a couple days looking around Amazon and the rest of the internet I noticed there were a couple designs for adapters that cost more through crowd-funded websites and the rest of the third party adapters like this one. I decided not to go with the more solid-looking crowdfunded adapters despite their apparent build quality because most of them haven't begun shipping. This adapter I imagine is the same build quality as any other of the same design from a third party manufacturer, which is to say probably not the greatest. The adapter arrived at an average speed and upon arrival I got to setting it up. I tightened the screws as firmly as possible without stripping the heads, and popped it on to my Apple Watch. The setup looked great! Unfortunately it only lasted three days. One of the screws holding the adapter together broke. I wasn't doing anything especially taxing on the watch while it broke, just walking around my work from one location to another. Given the low cost of entry I can't be too surprised or bummed about it, but I'd really rather have not wasted my time or any amount of money on something that would break so quickly. If you do decide to buy this one, maybe some super glue or Loctite would help, but then the adapter loses its ability to work with multiple bands for your watch.
