It saves me all the trouble of putting vegetables on the little skewers. And everything tastes the same.It does require a little scrubbing to get stuck vegetables off, but it really is no worse than cleaning my normal pots and pans.We’ve made some delicious roast zucchini, and even roast pineapple in the basket.
