The freeze sticker was on the bottom and I only noticed because I was sitting down when my husband carried them in. I immediately opened them to try one and was disgusted. They do not taste like salted caramel or chocolate at all. There is a strong black pepper flavor and the herbs are overwhelming. I couldn't stomach a full bar and paid over $30 for a pound of something that will go in the trash. The flavor is not accurate at all and im extremely disappointed. I'll be sticking with boobie bar.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Agreed the packaging is poor the refrigerate sticker is on the bottom so my husband didn’t see it and they sat out overnight. The flavor is HORRIBLE. I’ve only just eaten one so no idea if they will actually increase supply but I doubt I can stomach the rest of them to find out. So bad don’t waste your money.*Edit* I just choked down my third one and I absolutely cannot do it anymore. REVOLTING

Decedent rich chocolate bar, beautiful packaging, feels like having a luxurious treat. Like a ‘rich & grown up’ Reece’s Peanut Buttercup bar (my all-time favorite as a kid).Mine was super moist & rich, with hints of fenugreek nestled in. Dark chocolate with sea salt on top make a DELISH combo. Really love that it’s from a long family tradition & now avail to those outside of the Patel family ;)! It recommends only 1 x per day, but it might be TOUGH not to sneak an extra for a daytime or late night ‘pick me up’, especially as a busy, giving mama ;)!

Should have read other reviews. Taste gross. Also package came but didn’t realize you need to freeze them. They were in the mail box for 12 hours. Save your money.

I love these treats! I really look forward to having them each day and they really help with my supply. I can’t decide if these are my favorite or the chocolate. They aren’t too sweet, just a good blend of sweet and Indian spices. I keep the munch crunch in my nursing chair fir when I have the nibbles and don’t want a full snack.

I’ve tried other Mrs Patel’s bars and find the base of Ayurvedic ingredients delicious. I love salted caramel and had to try this version too. I was not disappointed and look forward to my new daily treat. A guilty pleasure without the guilt because I know they nourish my body A fresh baked treat delivered right to my door. Yum!

For that amount of money you pay the taste was not there at all. I did not like the taste. Very disappointed!
