I used it on a mower with 'cold oil' and left it pulling the oil overnight but it pulled every bit of the oil was gone. Good stuff. I hesitated because of mixed reviews and because i mostly have gas tools i invested in this I now know that you can change the oil in whatever unit you have and you WON'T have excess oil left behind. It effectively cleans out the old oil.
