I love that it has a zipper for the main compartment (many bags like this do not), and a handle at the top. the leather is real and a nice thickness, but not too much of it to make the bag heavy. the fabric seems really strong. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a really nice bag! The leather appears to be of good quality and the hardware seems like it will hold up over time. This is the second S-Zone bag I've purchased, having bought this one to match my weekend travel bag and give me a second piece of luggage for longer trips. It holds my 15.75 inch laptop securely inside with a small elastic/velcro strap, and there is plenty of room left for a few textbooks, power supply, cables and wireless mouse. I can't recommend this bag enough, it looks great and is very well made...and the cost is fantastic! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Option for the Price *by A***M on Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2017* After having the bag for a month, I think this is a quality bag at a very reasonable price. The construction (stitching) and hardware show very little wear and tear, and it is able to carry a 17 inch laptop (larger than the 15.6 in the description) without adding additional padding. There is minimal padding for the laptop compartment and I would recommend getting a laptop sleeve for additional protection. The two front pockets easily fit a small notebook (8.5 x 5.5 x 1 inches) and are a great place for phone and laptop power cables, etc. The inside pockets are much smaller and I have been using them for keys, ID badges, and other small items I need for work. The two pen loops meet my needs. The only issue so far is that the leather finish has been relatively delicate and prone to wear and scratching (see photo) -- an issue I am OK with because it gives the bag a "lived in" look and should be able to be dressed up with some leather conditioner. I was looking at similarly styled bags for quadruple the price, and am happy with the very few compromises between this bag and those.UPDATE: Leather conditioner addressed the fading and reduced the appearance of fine scratches that had appeared in first month of use. To clarify: yes the leather used does have imperfections that I am OK with, I was trying to address the scratches in the finish since receiving bag.
