This is nice to put under your tongue for a little quicker response. Nothing dramatic but is helpful for me. I have been using Horney Goat Weed for several years in one form or another and have have had good results without any of the side effects of Viagra or Cialis. Which give me sinus headackes, swolen prostrate and the urge to pee every 5 munites. I read some where that more is not better and that it will do the opposite in higher doses. I have found this to be true. It can cause ED if you take to much.
