A: Maybe a Wisconsin Maple desk is a good choice. Not too decorative. Add blue accessories to compliment the orange bag.

A: They said no, and that they don't care about you. You want coconut Jasmine rice? Make it yourself. Their words, not mine. I'm sorry.       /s

**Q: whole grain medley -- what is salt/sodium content per package.  Are there preservatives, etc., in it?**
A: Sodium is 690mg per serving, two servings per pouch, each about 1 cup.  When I make dishes such as szechuan pork I omit the salt to compensate for the salt in this rice.  Ingredients are:  water, whole grain parboiled brown rice, whole grain red rice, wild rice, canola and/or sunflower oil, hydrolyzed soy/corn/wheat protein, lower sodium sea salt, yeast extract, sugar, vegetables (garlic, onion, parsley, celery, spinach), salt, autolyzed yeast extract, yeast, spices, natural flavoring and smoke flavoring.

A: The package states that it is one serving.  If you are using it as a side dish, it will serve two people.

Obviously, fresh made tastes a lot better but Uncle Ben's makes a decent product. I tried it both ways- just microwaved and then in a skillet and the skillet method is better but either way, it's decent!
