You will be so thankful you did!My physical therapist highly recommended these wrist weights and I’m glad she did. I’ve tried many competitors and these blow them all out of the water.First of all, I love being able to adjust the weight in such small increments and space to add more when I’m stronger.The actual weights are the best part. They are slim flat metal bars, unlike most wrist/ankle weights which use sand bags for weight. As a result, these weights are MUCH easier to adjust and MUCH more durable, which justifies the higher cost in my opinion. With a normal wrist/ankle weight, it can be hard to get the sand bags back in after you've taken them out, whereas these flat bars slide easily back in and stay in place.I also found these weights to fit like a glove. There are no straps, you just slide it on and fits like a clothing sleeve. They are also cut so the bottom is slightly smaller than the top just like your wrist.They are very comfortable, easy to put on and stay in place.The fabric is like the lululemon luon material. I’ve washed these a few times without wear or tare.Customer service is also amazing- contacted them to change the size and they shipped out a new size the next day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I was looking for *by S***N on December 4, 2018* I read the reviews and ordered up a size knowing that they run small. I have skinny wrists and the large size fit me perfectly. These are very comfortable on my wrists. I like that they are form-fitting and are not bulky, and that you can increase the weight by 1/4-pound increments. I wear them to add a little resistance to some of the arm and shoulder exercises I do at home. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty sleek *by S***N on April 6, 2019* These are nice, thin, and comfortable wrist weights. I got the 1lb set of 2. That's four 1/4lb weights in each wristband. There are additional spots for 3 more weights on each band, which you have to order from their website last I checked, which I don't really like(only reason I took a star off). I'd rather just buy through Amazon. I wonder though if filling the whole band with weights would make it less comfortable. As it is now, the gaps mean that there are no weights pressing against the bony parts of my wrists. I think this is a part of what makes them so comfortable. I would like to buy the extra weights and see how it feels but will probably wait to see if they tart to sell them here. The thinness is great. I've practiced guitar wearing these with no issues.
