I'm not going to lie, it is quite a project, it was around 85 maybe 90 degrees out but I think that help speed up the drying steps. Looks great and seems to have adhered just like it should have. If any suprises pop up in the near future, I'll post updates. UPDATE: Its been over a year and a half now and the roof still looks like new. Dicor was outstanding. Their customer service team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. They stood behind their product and treated me like a valued customer. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that still believes great customer support is part of the product they sell. Unfortunately, my experience with Amazon was the complete opposite. I received what appeared to be a defective product that had clearly been returned by a previous customer and then shipped back out as new. When I contacted Amazon, they refused to replace the item, leaving me stuck with a product that should never have been resold in the first place. It feels like Amazon has become so focused on maximizing profits through automation, AI, and robotic processes that common-sense customer service has been lost. Technology can improve efficiency, but it shouldn’t replace human judgment when a customer has a legitimate problem. There needs to be a balance between automation and empowering people to make reasonable decisions. Companies like Dicor demonstrate that excellent customer service still matters.
