The cream also works, but, takes longer to get results (why I said no). Roughly 4 in 5 use the cream with the soap in a combination therapy. One in five use the cream as a monotherapy. If you cannot tolerate the soap then using the cream by itself should get the desired results. As an aside, we have zinc shampoo bars that are made with sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI) - a sodium salt ester, or a fatty acid derived from coconut oil. These bars are milder than the natural soap.
