This pillow is flat. The suction cups will adhere to the side of the bathtub for about 10 - 20 seconds, and then it falls off, into the water. The only way I can use it is to try to hold it in place with one hand and then lean back on it before it slips off the edge/top of the bathtub. It is comfortable once you lean back on it, so I rated it 3 starts instead of something less. ### ⭐⭐ Feels great, but Does not stick :( *by B***T on August 13, 2015* It is super comfortable and easy to clean, but it does not stick at all to the tiles.
