The metal is a bit thin. *by D***E on August 20, 2024* I'm replacing the old spigot, that is probably original to the house(1969) and I was a bit disappointed that the metal was about half the weight of the original. I guess you should expect that, especially at this price point. It installed easily in just a couple of minutes with no leaks, so it is as promised. Looks great. I'm sure that I might need to replace in a decade or so, but for now it looks and performs well.
