I have a bad ulnar nerve entrapment and trigger finger in my pinky which is exacerbated by me curling my wrists under while I sleep. I'm also a barista where I spend hours a day pouring gallons of milk over and over which is very strenuous on an already injured wrist. I wear this brace at night and while I sleep and it helps keep my wrist and pinky straight. It is good quality, very study, and holds my wrist and pinky securely in place.
