They were not functional for this. They would clog easily because the tips were so small. I tried cutting the tips to make the hole larger but it didn't help. So if you are looking to buy a bottle for baking soda and vinegar rinses do not buy these.After they failed for hair rinses I started to use them for watering my plants. The long spout is nice and helps get into the areas by the routs. I have a watering can but for some of my smaller plants and cuttings this is more practical. The tops do leak a little bit.
