There isn't any vinegar taste at all and it's such a small amount to add. With this cake mix, I add an extra tablespoon of oil and bake it at 325 instead of 350. I made a keto chocolate cream cheese frosting and it took it over the top! So so good, I can't say enough about it. Why it took me so long to try the cake is beyond me. I've always used the brownies and the banana bread, but this is so much better!I will say, I don't think it's uber keto. I don't think a lot of products that claim to be are actually keto, unless you're mainly eating meat haha. I think it's the fake kind of keto but for those of us who never eat sugar/honey/nadda, this is the bomb.
