Review: Very well made - I purchased this for cutting jerky after smoking and we love it! It's very well made, sturdy, doesn't slide around on the table, doesn't fall apart with use, very sharp knife and easy to clean. The rounded wooden base holds the jerky better than a flat base. I hand wash it and wouldn't recommend putting it into the dishwasher in order to extend its life. Will be buying another.

I purchased this for cutting jerky after smoking and we love it! It's very well made, sturdy, doesn't slide around on the table, doesn't fall apart with use, very sharp knife and easy to clean. The rounded wooden base holds the jerky better than a flat base. I hand wash it and wouldn't recommend putting it into the dishwasher in order to extend its life. Will be buying another.
