It is by height. 5/3 to 5/5 = 10 tablespoons. 8 is for someone up to 5/2. At the lowest dose, each can contains enough for 10 shakes. At 10 scoops, It will be 8 shakes for me. That comes out to $3.75...unless I get something off the dollar menu, that isn't bad at all. It is recommended to replace all meals for the first three days and drink (3) shakes instead. This can be done for up to 14 day Day 4 to day 25, shake for bfast and dinner, light lunch. Day 26+ bfast & lunch, shake for dinner.
