## Description

desertcart.com : SPORTSROYALS Pull Up Power Tower Dip Station for Home Gym Workouts | 450LBS Stable H-Frame Base, Supports Pull-Ups, Dips and Leg Raise Exercises : Sports & Outdoors

Review: After extensive research, looked like the highest-value Power Tower. No doubt, it's a front-runner. - I totally love this thing. First off, I should point out that I'm not a tall or heavy guy--around Tom Cruise size but lighter with less and worse hair. If you're a lot bigger maybe my review might be off some; however, it took me a long, long time to settle on this particular unit, and in the process of settling on it, I did extensive research. Even quite large guys seemed to be nearly universally completely satisfied with it. I like how easy it is to alter the height, as I'm using it in a garage under a garage door. It has every exercise that I wanted in a Power Tower, specifically, a pull-up/chin-up bar, an adjustable leg raise station, dip bars, and elevated push-up grab handles. Also, just as important to me, it isn't fitted out with any gimmicks or nonsense. This tower is simple, sturdy, and basic yet complete. I love that the pull-up/chin-up bar isn't attached centrally, but instead in two places, near each end of the bar. This makes it, in my case, an extremely solid overhead bar for attaching length-adjustable gymnastic rings, Fitarc neutral grips, a TRX suspension trainer, a Body Solid dog bone grip, and fat bar grips near each end. The bar length is such that it remains grabbable at every intended spot after storing only the neutral grips. The rings and the TRX hang backwards out-of-the-way behind the tower when not in use. For me, this power tower is totally solid and unshakeable, including when using a dipping belt (which takes Olympic weights) to increase my body weight. It does seem like a decent feature that the handles and armrests are tilted some on the leg lift station, not to mention, that it's super nice that the backrest is in-and-out adjustable. ( I especially love that I can move the backrest so far back and the handles so far forward that my back is well clear of the backrest while doing leg raises and similar stuff). So, reiterating, after reading seemingly countless possible power towers reviews (far more than just the desertcart ones) over many days, I felt very confident buying this particular power tower, and after a decent amount of use, my decision feels fully validated. For the money, I think it's a terrific value. In all respects, I love this thing and can't recommend it enough, especially when its price is considered versus its apparent quality and excellent functionality. As of today, after a couple weeks of use, I'm 100% totally satisfied.
Review: Very sturdy - nice product. - I'm very pleased - this is a nice bit of equipment. I chose it over others because of the weight - over 60 Lbs vs 50 lbs or less for most of the lesser priced units. It's mainly because the tubing is thicker on this unit - 2mm vs 1.5mm for most others. Even the 2mm is not all that heavy duty, those others must be like tin foil. I have seen others mention wobble but that must be due to improper assembly or uneven floor surface, because this is very sturdy with no wobble at all and I weigh 185 lbs. Instructions are WAY overcomplicated, the single most important keys to assembling this are just the two base pieces and the 2 upright pieces labeled L and R. Step 1 should just be mount upright L to one of the base pieces (base pieces are identical, use either) by inserting the 4 mounting bolts from the BOTTOM of the base piece and lining up those bolts with the holes in the upright piece L. Start the lock nut onto those mounting bolts so they don't slip out of place, then turn that section (now a unit comprised of the base piece plus the upright piece) onto it's side and TIGHTEN ALL 4 BOLTS as tightly as you can. Repeat that with the other base piece and upright R. Now you have the critical foundation already lined up and very secure - those two base pieces and the two uprights L and R form the "skeleton" to which the rest of the unit can be attached and tightened. Step 2 would be to place those two sections L and R you just assembled across from each other (obviously you want to keep the L and R on the correct side) and maneuver the bracing bars into place. One person can EASILY do this, the L and R sections you firmly assembled are very stable. You can just slide them on the floor as needed to get the spacing required to position the bracing bars into place. Insert the mounting bolts for each of those bracing bars but DON'T tighten them completely yet. THEN you put all the other pieces onto the "skeleton" and tighten EVERYTHING as tightly as possible. The instructions tell you to mount the arms and pads first, and to NOT tighten the base until the end of the assembly but the problem with that is once you get all the pieces together it is impossible to keep things in line as you tighten the bolts for the base because you HAVE to be able to access the BOTTOM of it and you can imagine trying to tilt that entire assembly from side to side to reach those bolts, OF COURSE it is never going to be stable because everything is flopping around as you try to tighten all the bolts! Do it the way I point out and as long as your floor surface is level you should have a very solid unit indeed. My unit fit together very well and is solid as a rock. I am very happy, glad I spent a little extra to get a heavier unit and I cannot imagine this will not last me as long as I need it. Well worth the money.

## Features

- 【Solid Build Empowers Every Pull-ups 】Sportsroyals Power Tower creates an unshakable foundation that turns every rep into a confident, secure movement. Its strength comes from a 2mm thick steel frame and a H‑type base. Supported by 8 anti‑slip covers, it reliably holds 450 lbs for unwavering performance.
- 【Long Base Supports Maximum Stability】The 39.7‑inch longer base grips the ground for solid support, placing loading and stress points to optimize force control. It brings you five key exercises: pull-ups, dips, leg raises, inverted rows, and push-ups for a full-body workout. Train your back, chest, arms, core, and legs efficiently with no extra equipment. Everything for your progress is here.
- 【Designed for Users 4'8" to 6'6" Tall】This tower adapts to the whole family. With 6 height settings (64.56"–88.18"), it fits users from 4'8" to 6'6". Add 7 backrest positions for customized support in every move. It is truly calisthenics equipment designed for everyone in your home.
- 【Reasons to Choose Sportsroyals】Sportsroyals is built stronger. It uses 2mm thicker steel and weighs 62 lbs, far more than typical ≤50‑lb models. This means unshakable stability. It also has 8 non‑slip feet, not just 4, to stay rock‑steady during intense workouts. The professional‑grade choice, built to last.
- 【Every Detail Comforts Leg Raises】The thickened back cushion enhances core support for safer, stronger leg raises. For upper stability, cushioned armrests aid body lift and the 10° inward tilt prevents elbow slip. Every detail is designed to blend comfort and control.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Just purchased the power tower for my husband but it remains in the box. I need someone to install/put them together. Is there someone I can call?**
A: Srep one: Take the power tower out of the box. Step two: Put useless husband in the box. Step three: send box to China. Step four: you get what I'm saying lol

**Q: Will the power tower comes with all necessary nuts and bolts to assemble the tower?**
A: Hello,
We will inspect all package before shipment and we guarantee that the power tower will come with all parts.
If there is any missing part, please kindly contact us via your order. We will arange the shipment at the first time.

**Q: I found armrest of this one is different, other’ s have flat armrest and this one is is slightly inclined. I want to know is this angle comfortable?**
A: Rachel, thank you for your comment. i am looking to buy a Power Tower and I'm guessing that with the angled arms, you would put a strain on your shoulders....unknowingly putting the shoulder in slight flexion.

**Q: Why do some people have the arm rest tilting in and some tilting out.**
A: Well, that's a good question. The top of the handles should be pointing in. Maybe some people didn't look at the photo when they were assembling the rack. By the way, this piece of equipment is great!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality but not a smooth assist
*by A***L on March 25, 2026*

First off the product was packaged extremely well and once put together it was very sturdy. I like how there is multiple different exercises I can accomplish on it. However the instructions are hard to understand. Meaning that yes it labels some of the screw parts you use within each step but not how many and the screw needed in the picture is so small that it is hard to see what direction it goes. On top of that just step 1 and step 2 in the instruction booklet don’t match the video in the product description. The instructions show to install the base bracket and base connector first but the video shows to do the virtual tubes with the base brackets first. Plus the instructions show to install the M10*65 screw with washer at the bottom of the base brackets and the nut on top of the bracket but the video shows them installing one facing up and one facing down and then the next clip of the finished connection in the video shows them all installed facing down. Very inconsistent. So the instruction booklet and the instruction video do not match at all right from the start. Some of the preinstalled roller wheels on the assist assembly roll while the others do not. In my case, 2 of the 4 wheels on the left pole rolls while the other 2 don’t budge. Same issue on the right pole. I tried losing up the screw/nut and tried some lubricant but didn’t resolve it. The assist is not smooth at all. It’s very jerky going up and it doesn’t lift you back to the top where you started. Something I’ll have to get used to as compared to the commercial model machines as the gym that lift all the way up and down with ease with you. All that aside it’s a very nice machine for the price. You get what you paid for. Will continue to use this in my current weekly routine.
