A Definite Keeper! *by D***M on July 23, 2019* I found that the floor piece could be inserted the wrong way and thereby it didn't seem to handle well or have good suction. Once I turned it 180 degrees and reinserted the floor piece nozzle, it worked GREAT! You do have to "step" on the flat floor piece and tilt the handle back per the instructions to put the floor piece flat on the floor and then you can really hear the suction pulling.I was truly impressed how much debris and dog hairs it picked up off our kitchen floor, some I hadn't noticed before! I does a so-so job on carpet, best if it is flat, closed loop and takes a few more passes.
