This macaroni has great taste and texture--that's important for a GF product. doesn't get soggy and reheats well. Also zero points from Weight Watchers!

I usually love glutino products, but this pasta falls horribly short. First, there is hardly ANY in the box. Less than 1/3 of the box is full. I checked all the boxes on the shelf. Second, when I boiled it the water became thick like oatmeal. Third, the boiling period is 7-9 minutes. At ten minutes it was still hard as a rock, but the water was becoming so thick I just took it off the stove. I made two boxes, both the same outcome. I have made many, many gluten free pastas but will never try this one again. I am so disappointed.

My son was just diagnosed with celiac disease, and a box of Glutino macaroni was included in our little gift bag from the doctor's office. I come from an Italian family and used to always say that having a child with a gluten issue would be the end of me. But you know what? This stuff isn't bad. The texture is nice and al dente. I didn't feel like it disintegrated at all, like other people said. The flavor is good. This was my first foray into gluten-free pasta, and it was very heartening. Maybe this won't be so bad after all!
