**Q: Can this be cut to a smaller length, e.g. 5m, & still use locknuts?**
A: Yes, no problem as the tube will screw on to the locknut fittings whatever the length

**Q: How do you put cables in the tube? Cut the whole length of required amount of tube? Will this still keep the cables in the tube dry and waterproof?**
A: Tie some string to a nail/clip push the nail through  the tube with a rod if some kind.(I used bamboo canes )
When the nail appears out of the other end pull out the rods tie the piece if string from the other end to your cable pull it through.
Takes just a couple of minutes.

**Q: Can an Ethernet cable fit through the internal diameter ?**
A: If the external diameter of the cable is less than the internal diameter of the conduit........yes.
