A: Do you hear a clicking sound when you try to push the button? If so, it sounds like either your arms are overextended or the motor is failing and needs to be replaced. If the arms are overextended, try, pushing the awning closed while pushing the up button.

I have had the worst customer service by this company. It should pair easily but it did not. I’ve called the electrician who paired my first one. He and I went thru all the written and googled instructions but there is a problem. The problem is not in the FAQ, I have left 3 messages with the company over several months with no response. Never buy from them! They have the worst customer service.
