They are a good size and they came with additional batteries.They have a soft and gental glow and the egg itself is soft and not shiney.I would like to get more of these for my whole home as they are relaxing and have sparked some great inspiration for me and the light colours change in good time and have a smooth transition between each colour.Anyone and everyone should own some of these. I don't think there could be an excuse not to have some. They truely do give you something back.I don't know how to explain it.Anyway, great product, arrived on time and well packaged. They are of high quality and the colours of the lights are lovely and soothing. I found that the battery life of the batteries already fitted in the eggs didn't last long but thought the spare set of batteries included with each light was a great touch and these have lasted much longer.
